Hu said, "We are against any discrimination in the field of employment and there are specific legal provisions. The Employment Promotion Law and Labor Law both make it clear that any discrimination in gender, ethnic, racial or any other aspects are forbidden. In the area of employment, as long as it is not a hazard to the public, employers should not make hepatitis B health check-ups a required item for employment. "
