According to the Shanghai Securities News, last week, parts of the functional departments of Shanghai Pudong New Area received the documents related with Disney program from superior officials, and were required to carry out comprehensive cooperation with the program. Some analysts expressed that it meant that Shanghai Disneyland had come to the period of final preparations for public announcement.

People who got to know from the authoritative sources, expressed that the Disney project had been fixed, whose address was in Huanglou area of Chuansha town.

In the middle of August, related departments released the notice for media saying the Disney project was being approved by the central government, and the municipal government would release the news summary.

Experts introduced that Shanghai Disney project's playground area would take up about 8 square kilometers with a large supporting area around it. It would become a significant economic engine for Pudong even Shanghai.
