China-ASEAN Expo to include finance for first time |

In light of the spreading global financial crisis and the establishment of the China-ASEAN free trade area in 2010, the China-ASEAN financial cooperation and development leaders' forum and financial service exhibition will be held during the sixth China-ASEAN Expo in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in October. The event will be co-hosted by People's Bank of China, China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC), China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), and China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) in association with Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Government.
This forum is one of few government initiated international financial meetings in Asia, which is also the first time that the financial field is included in the China-ASEAN Expo.
