Reporters learned on September 8 from Shanghai Donghai Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. that the first three generating sets at East Sea Bridge Wind Farm, which is the first offshore wind farm in China and in Asia, were connected to the grid at 9:15 pm on September 4. This marks the first step firmly taken by China's offshore wind power industry.
