China Unicom's mobile email service called "WO-mail service", is currently being tested. Users can now apply to start the China Unicom WO-mail service. Anyone who uses China Unicom mobile phone cards can use this service. E-mail addresses will be: mobile phone number @ wo.com.cn. Clients can also register their own user names.
Earlier, China Mobile launched 139 E-mail services which is currently widely used. China Unicom WO-mail service is similar to China Mobile 139 E-mail. It provides large-capacity hard disk space and network space, as well as e-mail notification, SMS, MMS, calendar reminder, PushMail and other services.
The deadline for China Unicom WO-mail tests is September 30. Before this day, China Unicom will gather users' advice and experience. After testing, China Unicom will officially promote the business.
