Cote d'Ivoire FM says negotiating ceasefire: radio

Cote d'Ivoire's foreign minister said he is negotiating terms of ceasefire, as the country's embattled president Laurent Gbagbo is trapped in a bunker by rival forces, according to Radio France International reports on Tuesday.
