Cote d'Ivoire's Gbagbo orders cocoa control amid worsening crisis

Cote d'Ivoire's incumbent leader Laurent Gbagbo on Monday ordered the control of cocoa, the West African country's main product, amid the worsening crisis since the Nov. 28 presidential run-off.

In a decree, Gbagbo announced the control of the purchase and export of cocoa, of which,. his country has long been the top producer.
