Somali pirates hijack Maltese-flagged ship

Somali pirates hijacked a Maltese- flagged ship with 23 crew members on board, according to the information released by European Union Naval Force on Sunday.

The MV Sinin lost communications 560 km east of Masirah in Oman on Saturday. The ship had 13 Iranians and 10 Indians on board at the time.
