The Egyptian government failed to apply the parliament recommendations and there must be new theories, said Fathy Surour, the Speaker of the Egyptian parliament, on Sunday.

Speaking at a parliament session, Surour said that the People's Assembly provided the government with many recommendations to tackle unemployment and corruption problems, but the government couldn't handle it, so there must be new solutions to face the needs and demands of Egyptian public.
