Obiang Nguema takes over rotating presidency of AU

President of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obang Nguema Mbasogo, takes over as rotating president of the African Union for one year, replacing his Malawi equivalent Bingu wa Mutharika, announced the AU at its 16th summit opened Sunday in Addis Ababa.
