Four people were killed after a navy helicopter crashed in south Nigeria on Tuesday, local media reported.
The victims include three navy officers and one rating on board, reported the News Agency of Nigeria.
The accident happened at about 01:30 p.m. (1330 GMT) when the helicopter was returning from a routine patrol of Port-Harcourt area in the Niger-Delta region.
It crashed at Ogbodo swamp in Isiokpo Village, near Port Harcourt International Airport.
The Director of Information of Nigerian Navy, Commodore David Nabaida, confirmed the information to the news agency in the national capital Abuja.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
