President Kibaki hails Bolt's visit to Kenya

Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki on Monday encouraged Jamaican world record sprinter Usain Bolt to make more visits to the country, saying he is an inspiration to the country's youth.

President Kibaki met Bolt and discussed the activities of the Zeitz Foundation which advocates for the sustainable use of environment.

Bolt, the global ambassador for sports for the Zeitz Foundation, has been in Kenya for the official launch of the foundation and establishment of a conservation program.

According to a statement issued after the meeting, Bolt said he was accorded warm reception since his arrival in the country and appreciated Kenyans' hospitality.

The Jamaican champion said he is planning to visit Kenya again to sample more of the country's tourist attraction sites.
