Quake hits southeastern Iran -- USGS

An earthquake measuring 6.0 on the Richter scale jolted southeastern Iran at 08:38:28 GMT on Thursday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.70 km, was initially determined to be at 28.1853 degrees north latitude and 58.9678 degrees east longitude.
