Iran says ready to boost economic ties with Cuba

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Sunday that Iran is ready to boost all-round economic ties with the Latin American nations and Cuba in particular, the official IRNA news agency reported.
Ahmadinejad made the remarks during a meeting with visiting Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Eduardo Rodriguez Parrilla.
Tehran and Havana have well prepared to improve bilateral relations and the two countries should make use of existing potentials to broaden economic cooperation, he was quoted as saying.
The Cuban foreign minister, for his part, said Cuba fully supports Iran at the international arena and he expressed hope for further cooperation between the two countries, according to IRNA.
