After a meeting with the Iraqi Shiite cleric Moqtada al-Sadr in Damascus last Monday, the leader of the Iraqi National Movement Ayad Allawi refused all shapes of outside interference in the Iraqi interior affairs, definitely the formation of the government.

Al-Qartani said that the final scenario of the Iraqi government will be as the following: Allawi as a prime minister, Adel Abdulmahdi as president, Fuad al-Masoum or Mahmoud Othman as chief of the parliament, noting this scenario will be accomplished before next Ramadan (mid-August).

Meanwhile, Iraqia List member Talal al-Zawbaee said that one of the under-discussing solutions currently is to repeat the election process if the political parties failed to form the government.

Iraqi Parliament member Salah al-Jabbouri stressed that one of the most important problems exists in the Iraqi constitution itself due to some unclear articles.

He also expressed his concerns over some neighboring countries to interfere in the formation of the Iraqi government.
