Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will meet with President Barack Obama on July 6, said the White House on Sunday.
Rahm Emanuel, White House chief staff, told ABC's "This Week" that the meeting will be "a moment of opportunity" for pushing the Israeli-Palestinian peace process forward.
The Obama-Netanyahu meeting, which was scheduled on June 1, was canceled after Israel's deadly raid on a flotilla bound for the Gaza Strip on May 31.
