Suicide bomber kills 11 in northern Iraq

A suicide bomber blew himself up among a group of policemen at a marketplace in the city of Tikrit, the capital of Salahudin province, on Thursday, killing a police chief and 10 people and wounding 15 others, a provincial police source said.
