Sweden's largest party, Social Democratic Party, Sunday held a grand demonstration and rally in Stockholm to celebrate the International Labor Day.

With the sonorous International Song, tens of thousands of Social Democratic Party members and supporters began to parade from the Humlegarden Park at 14:00 and arrived at the Norra Latin Square at 15:00.

While gathering in the Square, Social Democratic Party's economic spokesman Tommy Waidelich gave a speech about his party's economic policy.

"With Social Democratic Party, the children's poverty should be eliminated," Waidelich said to the gathering.

He also said that his party will establish summer training schools and even universities to train more young people during the summer so that they can find jobs.

"We need a lot of jobs in the service and health care sectors," Waidelich said.

He also said that Social Democratic Party will take specific measures to improve traffic in Stockholm. That is to build more subways to improve public traffic quality. His party will also invest more instead of lowering tax which was done by the current Alliance government.

He will present the economic policy to the parliament on Monday.

People from all walks of life and all districts in Stockholm participated in the demonstration calling for job safety, equality, solidarity and rights protection with big posters.

Two groups of children took part in the demonstration by sitting in the tourist trains and people concerning Libya, Iraq, Syria and even Indonesia also participated in the parade.
