TUI Travel PLC orders two Airbus A330-300s

TUI Travel PLC, the European leisure travel group, has ordered two Airbus A330-300 aircraft for its French subsidiary, Corsairfly, the French aircraft maker said Thursday.
The aircraft, to be arranged in two classes with a total of 362 seats, will serve on the airline's popular long-haul routes from Paris across the Atlantic to the French Caribbean islands and North America, in addition to Indian Ocean destinations, Airbus said in a statement.
With TUI Travel PLC becoming Airbus' client with this new order, Airbus new has 324 customers across the world.
TUI Travel, headquartered in Britain, employs approximately 49, 000 people with a worldwide network covering 180 countries.
