Young man takes children hostage in eastern France

Security staff were already in place around the kindergarten in the eastern city of Besancon.
The 17-year-old man took 20 children hostage but released five of them, reports quoted local officials as saying.
Education Minister Luc Chatel is on the way to Besancon for the incident, the ministry said.At least two persons were killed and ten others were injured after a six-story building of a textile factory collapsed early Sunday in western Egypt amid heavy rain, official MENA news agency reported.
