A lorry fell on Friday from a bridge and landed on a train in Britain, injuring several people, local media reported.
The cement mixer fell from an overbridge at Oxshott in Surrey landing on coaches of an eight-coach train just after 3 pm and seriously injuring the lorry driver.
A British Transport Police spokesman said that up to 40 people were on the train. Six were minorly injured and two seriously, including the lorry driver.
It appeared that the lorry struck the Third carriage of the train punching a large hole in the roof. Emergency services are at the scene, including six ambulances and response vehicles.
The incident took place on a branch line and is unlikely to cause major disruption.
