Earthquake hits Russia's Primorye

An earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter Scale hit Primorye, at 8:29 a.m. (0029 GMT) Thursday, according to a bulletin released by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The epicenter was initially determined to be at 42.2 degrees north latitude and 134.8 degrees east longitude.
