Russia and Iraq will sign an agreement to write off the war-hit country's debt, Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said here on Sunday.
"We will sign an agreement on Russia's writing off the Iraqi debts. This document will be closely linked to the cooperation memorandum," Itar-Tass news agency quoted him as saying upon his arrival in Moscow.
