U.S. Secretary of State Clinton arrives in Mexico

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived on Monday in Mexico's Guanajuato city to meet with Mexican Foreign Minister Patricia Espinosa.

According to a statement of the Mexican Foreign Ministry, Clinton and Espinosa will discuss topics of bilateral security as well as the conclusions and commitment of the 16th UN Conference of the Parts on Climate Change hosted in Mexico in December 2010.

At the end of the meeting, Clinton and Espinosa are expected to issue a joint statement.
