"Brazil chose dialogue, negotiated solutions and diplomacy as a way to solve conflicts," he said in a speech delivered at a meeting of the International Labor Organization (ILO) in Geneva, according to Brazilian media reports.

Brazilian media said the comments were made in reference, though indirectly, to the Iranian nuclear issue.
