Venezuelan gas platform sinks, all workers evacuated

Venezuela's Aban Pearl natural gas platform sank in the Caribbean sea in the early hours of Thursday, President Hugo Chavez said in a message on Twitter.
All 95 workers there were evacuated safely from the platform, the president said.
