Power could return in hours: Chilean official

Power is expected to return to the regions affected by the massive power blackout that hit much of Chile Sunday night, a government minister said.

Power could be fully restored by midnight (0300 GMT), Interior Minister Rodrigo Hinzpeter told local radio.
