Cuba's college students launched on Monday a campaign called "The Shout of the Deprived," urging the Latin American students to denounce the coup in Honduras.

The Cuban Federation of University Students (FEU), the oldest student organization in Cuba, urged Latin American students to support peace in Honduras 100 days after the military coup against ousted President Manuel Zelaya .

The scholarship holders of the Latin American School of Medicine (ELAM) and other Cuban universities demanded immediate reinstatement of Zelaya.

The international community has condemned the coup in Honduras and demanded an immediate restoration of the constitutional order and democracy in the country. So far no countries have recognized the de facto government.
