Japanese PM says no problem occurs in nuclear power plant

Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan said Friday that no problems have occurred so far in Japan's nuclear power stations after an 8.4 magnitude quake shook the northeastern region.

Kan called on the Japanese public to remain calm in the face of the disaster.
