An earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale jolted Kepulauan Barat Daya in Indonesia at 11:29:31 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 148.10 km, was initially determined to be at 7.3721 degrees south latitude and 128.8746 degrees east longitude.
