A magnitude-5.4 earthquake hit South of the Mariana Islands around 0315 GMT on Tuesday, said the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
The epicenter was monitored at 11.960 degrees north latitude and 143.352 degrees east longitude with a depth of 22.6km.
