A shallow moderate earthquake with magnitude of 5.9 rocked Sumatra Island of Indonesia on Tuesday morning, the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency said here.
The quake struck at 07:57 a.m. Jakarta time (0057 GMT) with epicenter at 211 km southwest Krui of Lampung province and with the depth at 10 km under sea bed, the agency said.
