According to local media report, at least four U.S. drones were involved in the strike and three missiles were reportedly fired, two of which targeted a house in a village, one kilometer south of Miramshah, major city in North Waziristan.
U.S. drone strikes are designed to eliminate the militants hiding in the mountainous areas along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, but many civilians have become the victims of such strikes.
