A Cessna light propeller plane with three people onboard crashed in Babean village, Banyuwangi, East Java province on Wednesday.
The plane operated by Bali International Flight Academy was on the routine training duty when the crash occurred earlier in the day.
All people onboard, including the trainer and two of his students, reportedly survived the crash and suffered minor injuries.
A witness said that the plane made an emergency landing on a field before it crashed into a tree.
