Aquino will have a "state visit" to Vietnam, the current chair of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), from September 13 to 14 before proceeding to Indonesia until September 15.
The President earlier said that as a tradition, he should first visit any member of the ASEAN.
Aquino will then go to the United States to attend the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on September 20-22.
He has said that the U.S. is his "primary" destination because of the " deliverables."
Aside from New York where the UNGA will be held, Aquino may also go to California and Washington D.C. to meet with investors.
