Following the suicide bombing in twin luxurious hotel in the capital of Jakarta last year that killed seven people, a militant group has prepared a big plan to launch massive strikes on foreign targets and symbols of state sovereignty, which may disturb stability in the Southeast Asia's largest economy.

The group has step up strategy by preparing a training camp in remote jungle of Aceh in westernmost of the country and built a laboratory to produce bombs with smaller size but more powerful.

Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, who has created the stability and been hailed by investors, has been targeted partly for his approval on the execution of three Bali bombers. Police headquarters and the office of counter-terrorism unit of the police, have been also put on the list of targets.

Foreign embassy offices and international hotels, where more westerners are predicted to stay, have also been targeted.

Indonesia, which has recovered from the impact of the Asian financial crisis and successfully built strong macro-economic fundamentals, is pursuing stronger economic growth to reduce poverty and reduce unemployment.

Despite, Indonesia has experiences in cracking down radicalism and it has not disturb stability so far, but the recent terror plot may disturb the reputation of the country as the best investment destination in the region.

Thanks to the police, the big terror plots are seemed to be halted or could not be implemented as they have been uncovered and the police have made arrests on the militants involved on the plan, and shot dead some of them.

Starting from the arrests of the militant in the training camp in Aceh, the police developed their investigation and found a preparation in West Java for the terror plots.

The police has arrested 102 militants in Aceh and will soon bring 66 of them to the court.

More than that, the alleged top figure of the plan Abu Bakar Bashir has also been detained for his involvement on the plots. Police found that a laboratory has been set up in West Java to make bomb with higher quality. One French citizen, whose wife from Morocco, has involved on the plot by providing a minivan for a car bombing.

Indonesia has survived from the global financial routs in 2008/ 09, and targeted to register from 7 percent to 7.7 percent growth in 2014.
