Rare tornado hits Australia

A rare tornado hit the seaside town of Lennox Head in New South Wales, Australia on June 3, 2010. Trees were uprooted, roofs were overturned and a heavy trailer was thrown into the sky. Thousands of houses lost electricity. There were 12 houses destroyed by the tornado and six people were injured. No deaths were reported. (source: Chinanews.com)
