A 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck the sea off Indonesia's Sumatra on Sunday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The quake occurred at 1:59 p.m. off northern Sumatra with a depth of about 50 kilometers. The epicenter was 3.7 degrees north latitude and 95.9 degrees east longitude.
No reports of casualties or damages are immediately available.
