Blast kills 4 civilians in S Afghanistan

A bomb blast rocked Ghazni city, the capital of Ghazni province in south Afghanistan late Sunday, killing four civilians, police said Monday.
"It was a roadside bomb that struck a civilian vehicle in 4th precinct of Ghazni city late Sunday evening. As a result, four civilians including three women were martyred," deputy to provincial police chief Abdul Rahman Shahidani told Xinhua.
Two children and two teenagers sustained injuries in the incident, he added.
