And, under the Hua Hin-Cha Am 531 Security Operation Strategy, Major General Dithaporn explained "about 8,660 security men will be deployed to maintain security."

These 8,660 security men consisting of police, army, and civilian men, have already been trained how to control crowd.

The Internal Security Act (ISA) is also to be enforced in four sub-districts of Hua Hin district in Prachuab Khiri Khan province and two other sub-districts of Cha Am district in Petchburi province.

The security operation command will be located in a hotel in Hua Hin district, the ISOC spokesman said.

The ISA law is needed in a bid to ensure security for foreign leaders, who will attend the meeting.
