Bali court on Monday gave an approval for the request of the Australian Federal Police (AFP) to extradite Timothy Geoffrey Lee, an Australian who have been allegedly involved in drug dealing and money laundering, a local media reported.

The presiding judge, Daniel Palitin, said the extradition now needs Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono's signature to take effect.

The 45-year-old man was allegedly involved in drug dealing and money laundering activities in Australia two years ago. He was arrested in Tibubeneng, Badung regency, Bali on Jan. 9, 2010, the Jakarta Post reported.
