DPRK appoints new culture minister

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has appointed An Dong Chun as minister of culture, the official KCNA news said on Thursday.

Former culture minister Kang Nung Su was assigned another post, the KCNA said, without detailing it.

An was the chairman of the authors' association of the DPRK before his new post.
