Blast targets school in NW Pakistan's Peshawar

An explosion has been heard in Kohat Road in Peshawar, the capital of Pakistan's North West Frontier Province, local TV channels reported Thursday.

The reports said the blast targeted a school in the Gulsan Rehman colony, a residential area for government employees. The nature of the explosion was not known yet but casualties were feared.
