The Mumbai attacks which took place last November were planned outside Pakistan, private TV channel reported on Sunday.

Pakistan has prepared a report in connection with Mumbai attacks' probe and it said the attacks were planned outside Pakistan, said the report.

Cases will be filed against five Pakistanis in this regard, according to the Geo.

A high-level meeting will be summoned on Monday to discuss the response to the Indian dossier on Mumbai attacks, local newspaper The Nation reported on Sunday.

The Mumbai attacks which left more than 170 people dead have brought the peace process between India and Pakistan to a halt. Allegations were made by India saying that the suspects of the Mumbai attacks came from Pakistan and urged for actions against those behind the attacks.

Pakistan demanded evidence from India, which shared its dossier on the Mumbai attacks. Pakistan has been investigating on the dossier and a formal response will likely be made in the coming week.
