A wide range of historical artifacts from Russia's Moscow Kremlin Museums will make their debut in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from next Monday, the official Emirates News Agency reported on Wednesday.
The exhibition titled "The Arsenal of the Russian Tsars: Treasures of the Moscow Kremlin Museums" will be hosted by the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage (ADACH) in partnership with the Moscow Kremlin Museums at Abu Dhabi's Emirates Palace from Sept. 10 to Nov. 18, according to the report.
The exhibition will display a wide range of precious exhibited objects that have never left the Kremlin grounds previously.
"The Kremlin Moscow Museums is one of the most established museums worldwide and houses the main tokens of the Russia's wealth," the museums' director general Elena Gagarina was quoted as saying.
"The Museums' vast collections span the period from the fourth to the 21st century, and its history has known exhilarating periods of dynamic growth as well as hard and thorny periods of struggle for the preservation of national cultural and historical heritage," she added.
"This important cultural event will undoubtedly fortify the bilateral ties between the UAE and Russia and will strengthen the cultural exchange between the two nations," ADACH's chairman Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan said.
