Customer evaluation results of the "2008 passenger assessment of the civil aviation industry" campaign, organized by the consumer affairs center of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, was released on January 22.
Beijing Capital International Airport Company won the customer satisfaction quality service golden award for winning for three consecutive years the customer satisfaction excellence award. Ten airlines including Air China, China Southern Airlines and Hainan Airlines won the 2008 customer satisfaction excellence awards. Xiamen Airlines won the ground service excellence award, and both Shandong Airlines and Harbin Taiping International Airport won excellence awards for service during irregular flights.
