A total of 83 Chinese nationals have arrived in the Egyptian border crossing of Sallum after leaving Tobruk in eastern Libya late Tuesday, sources with the Chinese Foreign Ministry said.

All these Chinese nationals, belonging to China Building Technique Group Company, have now been evacuated to within the border of Egypt and are well looked after.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry said it will spare no effort to evacuate the Chinese nationals in Libya with other related departments.
