Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang made the announcement here Thursday at a regular press briefing.
Pham Gia Khiem is to co-chair the fourth meeting of the China-Vietnam steering committee on cooperation with Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo.
