SCO member states approve Tashkent Declaration

Participants of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit approved a series of documents in Tashkent on Friday, including the Tashkent Declaration, the SCO Rules of Procedure and the regulation on procedure for future membership expansion.
