China urged Friday the U.S. Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC) to stop interfering in China's internal affairs.

Asked to comment on the 2009 annual report on China released by the commission, Foreign Ministry spokesman Ma Zhaoxu said the so called commission repeatedly issued ignorant and biased annual reports on China, which have distorted the fact and interfered in China's internal affairs.

Ma said, "We called for the commission to stop interfering in China's internal affairs and undermining China-U.S. relations."
